After our marathon Monday, we’ve been recovering the last two days. Yesterday was the Regional Specialty and Karma and Gunner made an appearance. Karma didn’t get any prizes in the classes, but Gunner & Heather did make the first cut which was pretty exciting. After watching Best of Breed, we headed home for some dinner and some much needed relaxation.
Today was the only day we were allowed to sleep in and Heather took full advantage! After she rolled out of bed at 10am, we decided to take a little road trip to Cleveland for the day. We checked out the West Side Market, ate some pretty amazing gyros at Steve’s Gyros, and visited the house from A Christmas Story. Then it was back home to get dressed for the Parade of Titleholders.
Since Indy will get his own fancy ribbon for being in the All Star Review tomorrow, only Gunner & Karma were entered tonight. This is just an exhibition entry, but you get such a pretty ribbon! Karma’s Cruiser side of the family was ringside and cheering and calling her name. As soon as she heard her “Auntie Jill’s” voice, Karma about leapt out of the ring trying to get to her! It was pretty stinking cute 🙂
After the parade and some photos, we headed home for the night. We are halfway through our Vizsla Nationals adventure, and time is totally flying by! Can’t wait to see how the next few days turn out 🙂
