TV Stars!

You guys are not going to believe this — we got a call today asking if we would be available to star in a commercial for our pet insurance, Trupanion!  If you remember, two years ago, Indy had to have a major surgery.  When you added up the cost of the surgery, hospitalizations, follow-up care, and complications, our bills were over $11,000!  Luckily Trupanion was awesome, and reimbursed us 90% after our deduct, and to make it even better they direct deposited the money into our bank account!

So obvi — we love them!  We whole heartedly agreed to do the commercial, and the shoot was set for today.  What a process!  Basically Jenny was interviewed and then from the interview the crew decided on a few shots they wanted to set up.  It took just over an hour — quite the lunch break!

Craig was trying to set-up and check the lighting and Halo kept jumping into Heather’s lap!  She thought she should be the light model!

While Indy is the star of this commercial, Halo, Karma, and Schmav all make an appearance too.  Halo was a crack up trying to be the lighting model.  Anyway check out our commercial here:

The commercial is for their website and then in lobbies of veterinary practices.  You’ll have to let us know if you see it!

We had to move all the dog beds around my feet so the Vizslas didn’t have to be more than a couple feet away — you know those Velcro Vs need constant contact!
