Merry Christmas! Usually, we are in El Paso over Christmas to celebrate with family, but this year, we opted to head up to Vail and spend the holiday enjoying a White Christmas in our happy place.
This year, we’ve been so blessed to have Cheeky, Maggie, and Louie join our lives. Halo was an incredible mother. She truly loved her babies. (Now, she’d be perfectly happy if Cheeky moved out and she had Marc’s undivided attention again, lol!) Having Cheeky has been SO MUCH FUN. She loves training and is just so smart!
Our first Christmas without Indy was better than expected. Opening our box of Christmas decorations and seeing his stocking was a bit heart wrenching. But we are at the point where we can happily reminisce about our sweet boy without being overcome with sadness. A tear from time to time, but mostly an abundance of smiles when something reminds us of our sweet boy.
