A legit blizzard blew through here on Wednesday and it has been CHILLY. The good news is that Halo got to do bouncey-bounds in the yard as it came down. She was thrilled! Everyone else… That Dakota girl is a crack-up!
Then yesterday and today, Karma and Jenny braved the elements to hit an agility ring. We may have considered skipping this weekend, but this trial is hosted by the Rocky Mountain All Terrier Club, of which Jenny’s Mom is a member (with her Border Terrier, Mungo.) So the club had asked Jenny to score one of the rings. Yesterday, under Judges Ronald McClelland and Cindy Macklin, she picked up a QQ! This is her 4th towards MACH2 and her second of the six needed for next year’s National Agility Championship — gah, it’s only been a week and we are still on our high!
Today, we picked up a Q in Jumpers and 11 points. Not a bad little weekend–at least not with all our layers on! Hoping springtime is just around the corner!
