What a fabulous Memorial Day weekend! This weekend was the agility trial that the Vizslas and Cairns co-host together, so again Jenny was signed up for some heavy lifting. Saturday it was an early start and up first was Jumpers where Karma was one bar from a Q. Standard was a different story though — smoked her run, got her contacts, and pulled of a Q, 22 MACH points, and 6th place. These 22 points were -special…they were the last 22 points we needed to get the 750 speed points needed for MACH! (Don’t know how agility works? Read our write up on agility here.)

After closing out the Novice classes, we headed home for a quick shower and then headed to Boulder to meet up with Pat and Jacqueline (Zeke’s parents) for dinner. Dinner was so good! If you haven’t checked out Oak on Fourteenth, you need to! We made big plans for the summer — might even be flying out to Lake Tahoe for Karma, Zeke, and Hana’s 5th birthday in July!
Sunday was the opposite — Q in Jumpers, and an NQ in Standard due to a table fault. Karma’s jumpers run was good for 14 MACH points. Well on our way to MACH2 speed points 😉

Today was the final day of the trial and it was another really long day, but it was tons of fun and we had a blast getting to watch all our friends today. We closed up shop and hit the road at 3:30 — not bad! Gave us time to get home and get ready for a busy week.
But before we do, a special thank you to our service men and women –especially those near and dear to our hearts.
