Sunday Splashing & Ratting

Super fun Sunday! Jenny was going a little stir crazy so she reached out to her friend Lindsay to see if she wanted to join in on a double booked day of dock diving and barn hunt. Lindsay was in so we started the day at the pool at Jump the Summit Dog Sports. Cheeky and Halo both had so much fun swimming in something other than our Vail pond and both made it off the dock too! The real star was Lindsay’s Marmee — she was INTO IT! Big thanks to Jo Crickenberger for her guidance today.

Then we grabbed lunch, and followed that up with some barn hunt time. Halo was PULLING to get inside Matrix Dog, LLC and to that rat ring. She would do the tunnel and then come out and do a celebration leap off the ground. Safe to say, the little game that I tried with her during quarantine is something that is going to stick. Thanks to John Fisher for putting up with all the Cheeky kisses when he was trying to get her excited about a tunnel or a rat tube. The girls got home and went straight to sleep — hopefully that carries over for Monday conference calls!
